Wildlife Watching in Finland

Arrival at Helsinki. Transfer to Martinselkonen Wilds Centre in the middle of the northern Finnish wilderness.

Martinselkonen Nature Reserve. Guided walk in the Martinselkonen Nature Reserve to learn about nature. Tonight is your first night in a bear hide.

Walks and Bear Hide. Walking in the nature reserve and afternoon optional boat ride. Time to relax before your second night in a hide.

Birdwatching. Morning bird-spotting - maybe see the rare Siberian jay - and evening spent watching for moose in a special hide. Lodge accommodation.

Post breakfast Transfer to Viiksimo, spotting wild forest reindeer en-route. Evening hide adventure, waiting for wolf, wolverine, golden eagle and, of course, bear.

Petola Visitor Centre. Overnight hide. Learn about the animals you've seen at the Petola Visitor Centre. Free afternoon and sauna. Overnight at the Boreal Wildlife Centre.

Guided nature walk. Your last night is spent in the silence of the Taiga Forest.

Post breakfast transfer to Airport.
